Der massive Geb\u00e4udesockel soll durch einen geschl\u00e4mmten Kalkputz im Inneren wieder erlebbar gemacht werden. Im Obergeschoss soll die aufgesetzte Holzkonstruktion in jedem Raum sp\u00fcrbar sein.
